Thank you for purchasing with product of the north! You have 30 days to return or exchange your goods. Here’s how:

Purchased directly from us?:

  1. all product(s) must be brand new, with hang tags attached, all parts included, and units in their original packaging

  2. contact us at:

  3. please include name, address. phone number to be reached.

  4. we will get back to you with an ra number to include on the outside of your package. this is for us to identify your return package.

  5. exchange processing will take 48 hours or 2 days to ship out the exchanged goods.

product of the north stands behind our products 100%, Therefore, we are proud to offer a limited lifetime warranty on all of our products.


Warranty Policy

The warranty applies to product of the north goods only, and must be purchased directly from us or in an authorized dealer. receipt-(proof of purchase) is required for any warranty claim. any Alteration to product of the north goods will void warranty. Warranty claims are to be made directly through us or through any authorized dealer. All product returns require an ra number to be processed and evaluated for replacement. in order to receive an ra number:

  3. include images of the defective product with explanation of issue

  4. ra# and mailing instructions will be sent back to you

Please ship products freight prepaid and insured. product of the north assumes no responsibility for products during shipment from the customer to our Warranty Department. Shipping charges are not refundable. product of the north's responsibility shall be limited to repair, replacement, or store credit of the defective product. product of the north will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or misuse of product. however we will pay for the return/replacement shipment. 

This warranty is subject to the following limitations:

Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:

  • Wear and Tear (includes but is not limited to)

  • Scratches on the outside of the bag from dragging, rubbing, or normal everyday use

  • Dirty spots or splotches

  • Dislodged gem from the zipper pulls

  • Changing Bags & Changing Pads that are washed and not dried thoroughly

  • Milk and/or other fluids that spill and are not cleaned thoroughly

  • Natural breakdown of materials

  • Excessive zipper wear (dislodged bling or zipper tabs)

  • Fading (this includes UV damage).

  • Damage (including color bleeding) resulting from improper washing, drying or the use of improper detergents.

  • Items found missing 30+ days after purchase (changing pad, messenger strap, or backpack straps, etc.)
