Shipping + Handling
Placing an order:
Once your order is fully processed, you will receive an email from Product of the north confirming your purchase along with order details. Please make sure to double check your info when checking out so the order confirmation email and product are correct.
Please allow 1-2 days for fulfillment to be completed. If you do need to make changes to an order, please email customer service as quickly as possible. Please be aware that any order changes may not be fully completed if your order has already been fulfilled. For customer protection, product of the north will not be able to add or remove any items from an order that has already been processed. If you want to add an item you've missed, you will need to place a separate order for that item. Any item not wanted can be returned through our standard return process.
Please allow 2-4 business days for your item(s) to ship. This means after your order is placed it will be sent out in 2-4 business days, depending on location will determine the amount of shipping days. Typically US orders take an estimated 3-5 business days to ship. International shipping is estimated at 8-10 business days. Once your purchase ships you will receive tracking information by email to the email used to place the order. US orders ship UPS. International orders ship DHL.
