Warranty + Exchanges
Product of the North is committed to providing practical, yet superior products that are designed for a lifetime of wear. Product of the North provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty to customers who have a receipt or proof of purchase from an authorized seller.
Product of the North's Limited Lifetime Warranty extends only to products purchased from authorized sellers who comply with Product of the North's quality controls. Because Product of the North is unable to oversee or control the quality of its products sold by unauthorized sellers, our Limited Lifetime Warranty is not valid on products purchased from unauthorized sellers or on products that were purchased used.
Please be aware if the seller is not listed on our list of authorized sellers there is a strong possibility they are an unauthorized seller and the product they are selling may not be authentic and will not be covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty. We encourage you to shop through www.productofthenorth.com, Babylist, Nordstrom, Macy's and authorized boutiques.
Product of the North has the authority to determine if the cost of a repair exceeds a reasonable amount in lieu of a replacement product. We do not perform non-warranty related repairs or alterations. If you believe your diaper bag has a manufacturing defect please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The following variables are considered to be manufacturing defects and are covered under Product of the North's Limited Lifetime Warranty:
- Split seams
- Broken snaps and/or buttons
- Broken zippers
- Broken buckles
The following variables are considered accidental damage control also known as normal wear and tear and are not covered under the Product of the North's Limited Lifetime Warranty:
- Fading and/or discoloration due to improper care, waxing and/or excessive sun exposure
- Melted zippers and fabric
- Rips, tears and/or cuts
- Fabric abrasion and/or fabric pilling
Exchanges & Returns:
Product of the North offers returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused with hangtags and original merchandise in its original packaging with all parts included. The item must be in its original sellable condition. If the item is considered unsellable, we will not be able to provide a return or exchange.
To return or exchange your item, contact email@example.com and include your order number, reason for return or exchange and contact information. A $5.95 restocking fee will be deducted from the original total when processing a return or exchange. Once items are returned, we will issue you a refund or exchange your item, less the restocking fee, within 2 business days of receiving the returned package.
